It is not sewn on. It is attached with adhesive. This adhesive is strong and will not come off unless you really try to pull it off. The corners may life a little if it has not been firmly pressed but can be pushed back. If patch in heated again the adhesive may become active again and may lift on the corners but can always be pushed back and adhered.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003e \u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003e** Iron-on patches are made to be ironed on with high heat. We use a heat press for ours to adhere with medium pressure. If you don't have a heatpress it may not adhere to your liking. When adhering patches do not iron directly on the surface of the patch add a piece of fabric between the iron\/heatpress and press down firmly for 30-60 seconds. Let it cool then iron the garmet from the inside again for 30-60 seconds. Suggested heat is 300-350 degrees. A couple stitches in the corners is suggested if you have a sewing kit.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003e \u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eShipping ** We use standard envelopes to ship less than 4 patches. These envelopes don't provide the best tracking but rest assure you will receive your patch even if tracking doesn't update as fast as bubble mailers.
