Return & Refund Policy

30-Day Return & Refund Policy (Excludes Wholesale/Bulk Orders)

We offer a 30-day return policy, meaning you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. If you decide that you do not like or want to keep your product, you are entitled to send it back for a refund or exchange.

Eligibility for Returns

To qualify for a return, the following conditions must be met:

  • The item must be in its original packaging, unworn, unused, and undamaged.
  • The return must be initiated within 30 days of delivery.
  • You must provide a receipt or proof of purchase.
  • Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility.
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable.
  • Returns must be approved by customer support before sending them back (do not send returns to the address on your package).

Return Process

To start a return, please contact us first. Once your return is approved, we will provide you with a return address and instructions on how to send back your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Refunds & Exchanges

Upon receiving and inspecting your return, we will notify you if your refund is approved. If approved, you may choose one of the following options:

  1. Exchange – Receive a product of equal value to your original order.
  2. Refund – Receive a refund for the order amount, minus shipping costs.

Refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that banks and credit card companies may take additional time to process the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since approval and you have not received your refund, please contact us.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Non-Returnable Items

Certain items cannot be returned, including:

  • Custom or personalized products (e.g., special orders, wholesale/bulk orders).
  • Perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers, plants).
  • Personal care products (e.g., beauty items).
  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases.
  • Sale items or gift cards.

Wholesale/Bulk Orders

  • Wholesale and bulk orders do not qualify for the 30-day money-back guarantee.
  • Due to the custom nature of these products, returns are not accepted in most instances.
  • We work closely with you throughout the creation process, ensuring transparency in pricing, customization, and approval of mock-ups before production.
  • Exceptions may be made under special circumstances, but generally, all wholesale/bulk sales are final.

Exchanges

If you wish to exchange an item, the fastest way is to return the item first. Once the return is accepted, you can place a new order for the item you want.

European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

For items shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days without providing a reason. The item must be in its original condition, unworn or unused, with tags and packaging intact. A receipt or proof of purchase is required.
